Offering VIP (Very Important Pooch) treatment, Guests at UltiMutts stay in the canine lap of luxury! Each guest enjoys his or her private suite for eating, sleeping, and relaxing. Lots of exercise and personal attention are also included with each stay to help reinforce a positive and stress free environment. 

All new pups must complete a day of daycare before coming in for an overnight boarding stay.

6:30- Wake Up – It’s Time to RUN (7:30 on Saturday and Sunday)

10:00- More Exercise and Fun 

12:00- Nap Time

2:00- Nap’s over – lets get social and PLAY! 

5:00- Dinner Time *4:00 on hot or bad weather days 

7:00- More Play and Exercise 

8:00- Time for Bed

Payments and Deposits: 

• A deposit of 50% is required on Boarding Reservations of 14 days or more. 
• A deposit of 25% is required on Boarding Reservations during Holiday and Spring Break weeks.
• Reservations must be cancelled in writing (email) 5 days prior to your boarding date in order for your deposit to be refunded.

Requirements

Written proof of current vaccines including...

• Rabies: Annually or three years
• DHLPP (distemper/parvo): Annually or three years
• Bordetella (Canine Cough): Every six months
• Canine Flu: Annually

Other Notices:

If the staff using their own discretion, determines that a boarding or daycare dog is deemed too aggressive to play safely with other dogs they will automatically be separated from all other dogs and put in Special Handling. Additional rates will apply for Special Handling of $9.00 per day per dog until the dog is picked up. Once notified that your dog has been deemed too aggressive to socialize with the rest of the pack, your dog will not be allowed to return for boarding or daycare for the safety of all dogs.

We require all dogs be on a flea protection program. If a dog is not current on their flea medication or if we detect fleas, we will administer a Capstar flea treatment at Owner’s expense of $15.00 and we will have to give your dog a flea treatment bath (the cost will vary depending on size and breed) which will be added to your invoice. We can’t allow fleas to go untreated.

Please note that we do not accept checks. When you pick up your dog please be sure to bring cash or a valid credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
